• Securely logging your request to our Google Sheet via Next.js backend API routes.
• Sending you an automated reply email confirming receipt of your brief.
• Notifying our internal team of your submission to ensure a response within 24 hours.

3. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Cookies are small text files placed on your browser to help websites remember settings. On TaskDrift:

• We do **not** use tracking pixels, intrusive advertising cookies, or cross-site tracking cookies.
• We use standard browser local storage and functional cookies to ensure page loading speeds, scroll configurations (e.g. Lenis scroll positions), and visual animation triggers run smoothly.
• You can configure your browser to reject all cookies or notify you when a cookie is placed. Dehabilitating cookies will not impact your ability to navigate the landing page.

4. Third-Party Data Handlers

We protect your details and do **not** rent, share, or sell your personal list database to third parties. We route form details to Google Sheets using a secure server-side endpoint. Google Sheets processes and stores data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policies.

5. Data Protection & Retention

We store project briefs securely in our integrated spreadsheet systems. We retain contact briefs as long as necessary to assess proposals, finalize work agreements, or offer post-launch support. All server-side requests are protected with TLS/HTTPS encryption during transfer.

6. Your Rights & Access

You retain complete rights over your shared details. You can request access to the information you submitted or ask us to delete your records from our Google Sheet databases at any time. To do so, please drop us an email request.
