Welcome to TaskDrift. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and outline the agreement under which we provide our web development, AI automation, and digital optimization services. By accessing our site or engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
1. Scope of Services
TaskDrift provides high-performance custom websites, AI chatbot configurations, workflow automations, and speed optimization audits. The exact deliverables, specifications, and scope of any project will be agreed upon in writing via a separate Project Proposal or Scope of Work before the project starts.
2. Payments & Fee Structure
To secure a project kick-off, we require a **50% advance deposit** before starting any research, design, or coding work. The remaining **50% balance payment** is due immediately upon project completion and before the final website handover, domain mapping, or server deployment. All payments are documented with commercial invoices and receipts.
3. Timelines & Handover
We move fast without cutting corners. Average delivery windows are 2-4 weeks. Any delivery timeline given is estimated based on the prompt receipt of text assets, logos, and configuration accesses from the client. Delay in asset submission will push delivery timelines. Final codebases, hosting transfers, and admin credentials will only be transferred to the client once all invoices are paid in full.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon final payment clearance, ownership of all custom design visual layouts, written copy, and application code developed specifically for your project is transferred to you in full. TaskDrift reserves the right to showcase screenshots and case studies of completed works on our portfolio for promotional purposes.
5. Post-Launch Support
Every project includes post-launch support (1 month for Launch, 3 months for Growth, and 6 months for Scale packages) to resolve bugs, configuration issues, or hosting failures. Support does not cover major design changes, brand extensions, or content additions, which will be treated as separate scope requests.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we build high-performance systems optimized for conversions, TaskDrift does not guarantee specific lead volumes, conversion increases, or search indexing ranks. We are not liable for business revenue losses caused by third-party hosting service failures (e.g., Vercel, Cloud Run), domain registrar drops, or API breaks (e.g., Google ADK, WhatsApp API).
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tamil Nadu, India. Any disputes arising in connection with our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
