1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging TaskDrift for web development, AI automation, or digital consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with our services.
2. Services & Scope
TaskDrift delivers professional web design, front-end and back-end development, AI agent integration, and digital automation. Project scope, timeline, deliverables, and total cost will be explicitly agreed upon before project launch. Any work outside the defined scope will require a separate agreement or change order.
3. Payment Terms
- A 50% advance deposit is required before work begins.
- The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion and client review, prior to transferring final source code or deploying to production.
- All payments are processed securely via Razorpay or direct bank transfer.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, all custom source code, design assets, and website files created specifically for your project will become your property. TaskDrift retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed prior to starting.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure project timelines are met, the client agrees to provide necessary content, branding assets, credentials, and timely feedback during design and build phases. Delays in content submission or feedback may adjust the final delivery schedule.
6. Post-Launch Support & Maintenance
Every project includes complimentary post-launch support (1 month for Launch, 3 months for Growth, 6 months for Scale packages). Support covers bug fixes, minor text updates, and technical guidance. Major new features requested after sign-off will be quoted separately.
7. Limitation of Liability
TaskDrift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party hosting outages, external service API changes, or client misuse of delivered systems.
